David Stockman - Ronald Regan's Budget Advisor

David Stockman was a great economist who had to deal with the hugh deficits of the Reagonomics and defense spending. David stockman said in his book that Ronald Reagan's mind was like a trench - "very narrow and very deep". David Stockman couldn't have predicted the fall of Russia. A lot of it was because of the build up of defense.
